Canaima Design was established in 2014 by The Love & Labrador families to transform spaces into objects d'art in a broad sweep of decorative influence that embraces minimalism and innovation to surprise for its ingenuity. Yesely Love initiated the project as a result of a long-running passion for interior design and decor stretching back to her childhood. The name Canaima comes from her roots in Venezuela where the world’s highest waterfall Angel Falls can be found in the Canaima National Park, a historic exodus has been leaving the country and the name has been coming as a result to honor her origin.

Rapidly Canaima Design has been getting recognition in Houston being an award winning design firm that include transitional, modern, contemporary, eclectic and traditional projects. The firm has been getting the opportunity to gain the trust of popular personalities in the city.

Besides designing in the space city Canaima has been completed projects in New Orleans, Dallas, Miami, New York, Midland and Los Angeles. Additionally, since the strength of the team is “fusing global cultural elements into spaces that inspire” Canaima has been done incredible projects in Mexico City, Merida, Caracas, Quito, Madrid, London, Bogota and Rio de Janeiro.

The company’s core business concept centers on two areas: interior design and remodeling services for residential and commercial.

The interior design services are offered for primary residences, high rise condominiums, beach houses, lake houses, restaurants, retail, hotels, hospitality, private jets, yachts and includes consultation for lighting, fabrics, floors, furniture, home accessories and highly anticipated limited-run gallery edition pieces.

The remodeling services supply all the planning, drawings, labor, materials, equipment and resources that are essential in order to complete the restoration of your property in an efficient and professional manner, our areas include kitchen, bathroom, landscaping, patio, lighting, painting, flooring, window treatment, and handyman.

The actual manner in which the project develops is entirely dependent upon the contributions of the larger team with decades of experience – the client, the architects, the designers, the engineers, and the contractors. The orchestration of all the individual contributions into a meaningful project is the role in the process to draw on a wealth of experience, timeless and imaginative interior spaces.

Completing courses and training is becoming increasingly more important to the remodeling, interior design and decoration expertise. Today, we work with contractors, architects, engineers, craftsmen, furniture dealers, and business and homeowners. To become a successful interior, we need a well-rounded education and the skills to work within many disciplines (architecture; graphic design; decorative arts; and textile, furniture, and lighting design, engineers).
